Audio Visual Hire Coordinator

Location: South West

Details:

To join our team of energetic and enthusiastic AV technical staff providing audio visual services to a wide range of clients in the South West.

Reponsibilities will include:

• Taking telephone and written orders from clients for audio visual services and the accurate processing of orders using computerised hire software from the initial hire enquiry through to follow up after hire is complete
• Using your equipment knowledge calculating and providing hire quotations and following these up.
• Organising deliveries and collections of equipment

You must have proven experience in an AV environment and have confident communication skills to be able to interface directly with clients and actively maintain and promote the quality service that Central Presentations provide.

Branch Manager

Location: South West

Details:

Branch Manager required to join our successful & rapidly expanding Audio Visual Equipemtn Hire & live Events Company based at our Thornbury branch near Bristol.

Responsible to the Board for managing the activities of the branch to include:

• Efficient management and utilisation of staff & equipment resources
• Quality control and control of budgets
• Processing client enquiries& orders using the computerised hire software (previous experience an advantage)
• Staff training and support
• Active marketing of Company services to clients

You will have:

• First class organisational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to prioritise tasks, plan ahead and problem solve
• Excellent interpersonal skills & telephone manner
• Previous experience in a managerial role in a technical AV environment is essential.
