ISO9001 - Quality Standards Officially Recognised

ISO9001 is probably one of the best and most recognized achievement any company could gain to prove their commitment to the quality of service and standards offered.

During 2007 Central Presentations worked long and hard to achieve this official recognition. Although many systems were already in place including all paperwork processes, and quality checking of all equipment, Central Presentations were pleased to introduce tighter control of all repair work, official complaints proceedures (not that there are many!), ongoing customer satisfaction survey's and full procedures manuals unique to each department.

Once again we are incredibily proud of our staff's achievements, their ideas and attention to detail.
